Question about Animation

Okay, so I just learned how to screencap and make animations (YAY!), so I made this icon using GIMP.




The problem is I can't upload because the file size is too big. I know I can take out a few layers and it won't be as large, but even with just two layers the file is over the limit.

So, is there any way to compress this?




*sigh* Any help is very much appreciated...
