Flash and Templates
Okay. I'd like to make an icon like this one here (made for me courtesy of the wonderful folks at 
eyekons).
I figured that it was just laying the template onto the image and creating the separate frames with the boxes filled in, and I tried that, but for some reason, it won't let me layer the three different templates. So I tried flattening it, but that removes the transparency. And then I tried a different template, but that wasn't the case either. Is there anyone here that knows how to do this? I use Photoshop Elements. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
