For PSP
How to achieve this effect:
1. Crop your picture if needed, then resize it
2. Duplicate the image in layers>Set it to screen 100%>Duplicate it again>Set it to multiply and mess with the numbers.
3. Adjust>Brighten/Contrast>Set it to 48/47
4. New adjustment layer> Hue/Saturation/Lightness>General tab>Set the blend mode to Saturation>20%>Adjust the hue to 100%>Adjust the lightness to 26%
5. New adjustment layer>Curves>214/254 in RGB
6. New adjustment layer>Color balance>Move Cyan all the way to the left, move Blue all the way to the right>Blend mode normal, set it to 40%
7. Sharpen
It may vary on what the multiply % is at.. I believe.. I hope you liked this tut. :-)
