my laptop for sometime now, so i just decided what the heck

Duplicate Base - Screen- Opacity: 28
New Adjustment Layer>>Curves
RGB:
(One Point)
Input: 45
Output: 79
New Exclusion Layer - ##0b214d Opacity: 40
Brightness/Contrast: Brightness - 13 Contrast - 7
Saturation:
Master - +9
Reds - +20
Yellows - +25
Cyans - +21
Blues - +56 (on some other picture 56 might be too much so just see wich looks best on this setting)
PhotoShop People:
Whenever your done with all the above steps, you can add a small selective color layer and put these settings:
Whites-
Magentas: -74
Yellows: -100
Neutrals-
Blacks: -4
which will turn your icon from:
TO: 
New Adjustment Layer>>Curves

(One Point)
Input: 45
