Sylar Banner Tutorial.

I was recently asked how I created this banner / signature, so I wrote a tutorial to go through the steps. Nothing incredibly original, but I hope someone finds it useful. We will create this:



Written for GIMP but surely translatable. The tutorial is broken into three parts, and is a bit image hefty, so beware.
