o1. crop and resize the photo how you like.
o2. Duplicate the base and set to SCREEN 100%
o3. Create a new layer. Fill with #000040 and set to EXCLUSION 100%
o4. Duplicate the EXCLUSION layer
o5. Create a new layer. Fill with #A3D1FF and set to SOFT LIGHT 100%
o6. Create a new layer. Fill with #00FF00 and set to SATURATION 34%
o7. Duplicate your base layer, and drag/drop it between layer 3 and layer 4
Fiddle with your opacities!
OPTIONAL
08. Create a new adjustment layer-> Hue/Saturation. Increase saturation to 21%
o9. Go to Filter->Noise->Reduce Noise
