My first tutorial. Really simple.
From this:
to this: 
1. sharpen your base and dublicate it. Set the dublicate to screen.
2. Add exclusion color #091F41 to 100%
3. Add color burn #C1C1C1 at 44%
4. Dublicate your base again and drag it to the top.
5. Filter -> Blur -> Gausian blur and set it to 4px.
6. Set it to soft light to 50% aaaaand you're done ;)
