My first Toturial
That's my first tutorial, hope you like it.
Done with photoshop CS2
How to go from
to

I started with a 100x100 picture, it's a screencap from Uruha's photoshooting.
Get your base, mine is 100x100
Duplicate your base and set it to screen 70%
Filter ---> blur ---> Gussian Blur and set it to 2.0
Now, Merge visible
Fill a new layer with 02092e and set it to Exclusion 60%
Fill a new layer with d6f4f5 and set it to Colorburn 80%
Selective Color - Layer 1:
Reds: -26 , 14, -59, -3
Yellows: 33, -41, 16, -28
Neutrals: 21, 4, -9, 0
Blacks: 9, -3, -12, -5
Selective color - Layer 2
Reds: -40, 4, -19, 14
Yellows: 15, 10, 0, 0
Neutrals: -9, 4, -2, -12
New adjustment layer - Brightness/contrast
Brightness: 6
Contrast: 14
Merge Visible
Duplicate you base and set it softlight 30% and then sharpen it.
one other example:
Done, add brushes, textures,...and anything that you want, i will be glad if you show me your result ;)
