PSP8 tutorial

My first tutorial on how to make this icon:




First I start on with this picture:
from the movie Closer

I cut than resize the picture it become this


I duplicate the layer with this button

I do this to the copy layer

then I go to adjust > softness > soft focus

Now the picture look like this


I create a new raster layer with this button

Fill with this #914EB3 on soft light Opacity at 39

Now:

I create a new raster layer again
Fill with this ##FF7301 on overlay Opacity at 22

Now:

Duplicate the copy picture and set it to soft light and move it above the overlay layer

Now:

Create a new layer and place a border with this color #A16A71 The border I use come from crumblingwalls


I create a new raster layer again
Fill with this #013460 on exclusion Opacity at 100

Now:

I add text

My text setting



I merge all Flatten

I copy the picture and past as a new image and do then I go to adjust > blur > motion...

Here is the setting


Now:

I do the same thing for this picture
and it will become this
and the blur version is this

For this one everything except blurring it.

Now open Jasc Animation and place the clip in this order

to change the speed of the clip click on the clip you want and press Alt & Enter
