Coloring Black & White Images

Does anyone know where to find a good tutorial for coloring black and white images on Adobe PhotoShop Elements 2.0? And black and white images as in like... manga (Japanese comic books). I couldn't find any for my program in the memories and I tried some tutorials for coloring black and white images on other programs but I don't have some effects and options in my program. Thanks in advance!
