PS CS problem

I looked in the FAQ but I couldn't find anything..

I'm stuck with PS CS, and it's being an idiot. When I go to the crop tool, and it has those two boxes for width and height, I have mine both set to 100. Now, usually when I select the part I want to icon and crop, it stays the same size. But now, for some reason, it automatically resizes itself to 100x100, and I don't want that.

Does anyone know what's wrong?
