1.Take your pic and crop it.If you want,you can sharp it.
2.Duplicate your pic and desature it.Then set it to Screen.
3.Create new layer,fill it with #47794f,set it to Soft Light.
4.Shift+Ctrl+E.Then duplicate pic and go to Filter > Blur >Gaussian blur and make radius to 1.5.Set this copy to Linear Burn 60%.
5.Ctrl+E.New layer and fill it with # 00031c.Set it to Exclusion.
6.Take this texture
and set it to screen.
