Alright we have a base.

Duplicate it twice and set both to screen.
(Later you might want to go back to the top screen layer and 
adjust the opacity cause some of them will turn out too birght)

New Hue/Saturation layer: +25


New Fill Layer: #293C56 set to Exculsion Opacity 38

Selective Coloring:
Reds:
Cyan: -100
Yellow: +100
Black: +44

Yellows:
Cyan: +100
Yellow: -47
Black: +20

Cyans:
Cyan: +100
Yellow: -100
Magenta: +100
Black: +100

Blues:
Cyan: +100
Yellow: +100
Magenta: -100
Black: +100

Neutrals:
Cyans: +35
Magentas: +4
Yellow: -14
Black: -7

Blacks:
Blacks: +100

Few.. Finally got done with that part... Now add a Color Balance Layer
Midtones:
+33, +42, +27

Shadows:
+22, +6, -22

Brightness/Contrast layer:
Contrast: +7


And were done!
