Okay, I'm having a bit of trouble with PSP8. PSP8 has an 'add border' option under Image. I use a BLACK border, it comes out fine. If I use any other color for a border, 2 or 3 sides out of the four will show, like the top and left will have that color and the bottom and right won't have a border at all. Why do I have this problem?
