Right!
1. Crop your image to 100x100 and sharpen once. If the sharpening does too much, undo, create a new layer, sharpen again and lower the opacity. Or you don't have to sharpen it at all XD;
So far:
2. Create a Color Balance layer [Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance] and use the following settings:
Midtones: -100, 0, 100
You should get something like this:
There, got rid of the yellow-y ness, but now it looks kind of faded.
3. Create a Selective Color layer [Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color] and use the following settings:
Neutrals:
-14
0
-59
2
[Remember, these numbers can be played with].
And you should get something like this:
4. Take this light texture made by [I FORGOT, if it's yours, please tell me T___T]:
and set it to Lighten. Then duplicate the layer [Cntrl+J] and flip it vertically [Edit > Transform > Flip Vertical].
5. Then, take another layer [made by the same person D:]:
and set it to Lighten as well.
You should have something like this:
6. Finally, add text; I typed "beautify" in Violation size 24pt font and added a text brush by
colorfilter
and thus, your finished result:
