How do you guys handle redheads? I'm trying to make icons from a movie called Dangerous Beauty with a gorgeous female actress, but her hair color is unfortunately eerily close to her skin tone. I knew how to contrast the skin against the hair a long time ago, but I haven't made icons in a while. An example of what I mean below the cut:



How do you take this screencap:

And make the hair and skin stand out from one another like in this icon: ?

I've tried screening, but then everything's light. I've tried soft coloring after the screening, but that takes it back to square one. What's the answer?
