I have to admit...making tutorials is pretty fun. ^_^;
Anyways, thanks for everyone who commented on my first tutorial!
It made me feel pretty good and I decided to make another one for you guys.
This tutorial will work pretty good for images that have some red, black, and blue.
It contains selective coloring so I'm sorry, but its not translatable.
Alright lets first begin by getting our base (I have a thing for images with red in them, just makes things more rich and vivid... ;>_>).

Sharpen it once and if its too sharpen go to Edit >> Fade Sharpen... >> then adjust the opacity.

We are now going straight to selective coloring (yay). It's not alot so don't worry...
Reds: -100, +25, +100, 0
Cyans: +100, +100, +100, 0
Blues: 94, -100, -100, 0
Neutrals: +100, 0, -14, -10

Now go to hue/saturation.
Master: 0, +20, 0

After that go to color balance.
Midtones: -45, +19, +40
Make sure the preserve luminosity is checked.

Alright, now make four new layers and fill in these new layers with these colors:
First layer: #CCFFFE set it to color burn %100
Second layer: #F888C5 set it to exclusion %100
Third layer: #6DF67D set it to saturation %55
Fourth layer: #CC5C5A set it to exclusion %100

(Whoa, looks awful right? Well don't worry, it'll look better soon... XD)
Take your base and duplicate it. Once you duplicated it, bring it to the top of everything. Set that duplicated image to soft light %100.

Then your going to duplicate that base you just brought to the top and go to Image >> Adjustments >> Desaturate. Make sure that layer is on soft light %100.

One more thing before we finish...go to hue/saturation (actually you don't have to do this step but if you would like to bring a more vivid look into your icons then you can do this).
Master: 0, +30, 0

Tada. All done!
Here are some icons I used this method on...

Please be free to comment and I would love to see some results!
Thanks. <3
