u want to know how to get this Icon?just follow these steps :
here's the orginal picture :


Duplicate Layer
-> filter -> sharpen
-> edit -> fade sharpen and set opacity to 35
merge visible

Duplicate Layer
set the second layer on your layer list so screen and opacity to 35 :%
make a new layer and fill it with #0F2736 set it to exclusion , opacity 100 %
your layer list should look like this :


merge visible
make an new layer and fill it with #D36CAB set it to multipy , opacity 34 %
make again a new layer and fill it with #578361 set it to screen , opacity 73 %
lol and again a new layer ..fill it with #56A5C2 set it to overlay , opacity 54 %
now go to image -> mode -> grayscale -> click don't merge . go to select -> select all and edit -> copy merged
no click on edit -> step back. press STRG or edit -> paste.
set this layer to soft light opacity:79%
now it sould look like this :

make a new layer and fill it with #0F2736 set it to exclusion , opacity 34 %
again a new layer..fill it with 578361 set it to lighten , opacity 100 %
new layer fill it with 9E6F33 set it to color -> 25 %
merge visible
duplicate that layer and go to edit -> transform -> rotate 90 ° -> flip horizontal
you have to scale it a little bit
put it on the left site. and add a border 2px
add a 2x border on your icon :

duplicate that layer and desturate it set it to soft light opactiy 33.
