I am stumped about this scrolling animation tutorial.
#3. it says to merge the layers on the base image, which I did. but how the heck do you copy it under the layer that had the border on it? it doesn't seem possible because my new 100x100 image with the border on it is in a completely different layer display box. did I do something wrong? like is there a way to make a 100x100 layer WITHIN the base layer's display box even though the base image is larger?
I'm utterly confused. any help would be greatly appreciated!
