Quick ImageReady Question...

Hey guys, I use Photoshop CS and was just using a beautiful tutorial by yumei_k for making animated icons. Much to my dismay, after editing all of my layers I went to transfer them into ImageReady when, rather then 4 layers or boxes in the animation spot, there was only one, the top layer. I looked through the memories but the one I found confused me. Behind the cut are print screens of my problem
