Icon Colouring
Today we are going to make this In 4 Easy steps

This is made on PS CS2
And is for Black and White photos.. so either have one or desaturate your colour picture :-)
I started with this

1. Crop your picture to appropriate size
2. New Layer. Block fill with # 36baff. Set to Soft Light at 40%
3. Duplicate your base and bring it to the top. Set at Overlay
4. New Layer. Block fill with # 050e6c. Set at Exclusion 54%
DONE!!
And is for Black and White photos.. so either have one or desaturate your colour picture :-)
