Screen it TWICE.
Add a hue/saturation layer, and set satuartion to: +39
Add a color fill layer: #03082A and set it to exculsion
Add another color fill layer: #D9E2FF set to color burn
Now Selective coloring:
Reds:
-100
+0
+44
-17
Neutrals:
+18
+0
-13
-1
Another Selective Color Layer:
Reds:
-100
+0
+17
+0
Neutrals:
+42
+0
+7
+0
Now Lastly, We add a Color Balance Layer:
Midtones:
0, +30, -1
Shadows:
+14, +1, +18
And were DONE!!
