Coloring tutorial!
Okay so for this tutorial were going from

Possibly translatable. Major elements are curves and color balance.
Some selective coloring but its optional!
1. Crop you image to 100x100 pixels
2. Adjust RGB curves to 92, 163 this will lighten the image

3. Now here is the major part of this coloring its the color balance. Here are my settings...
Mid Tones: -8, -7, -12
Shadows: 0, -15, -18
Highlights: -18, 4, 27

4. The other big part is more curves to enhance the color balance. Go under blue and input 134, 136
➭ 
5. Now if your on PSP I would just up the saturation and contrast but for PS now a selective coloring to brighten the coloring.
Red: -38, 0, 15, 0
Yellow: -36, 13, 28, 0
White: 10, 22, -10, 0
Set opacity to 70% (not for all icons!!)

6. Finally up the contrast by five.

Everything you just did is image selective! The settings for the adjustments will need to be altered depending on the picture!
