heres a new tutorial by me! made in paint shop pro 9 but might be translatable color balance involved

just a simple tutorial but thought the results came out pretty so i thought id post it feel free to ask any ?s if you need any help i wrote this at 3 in the morning so it might be mistakes
crop your base sharpen it etc
set #d4f5f6 to burn
set#1b3e3f to exclusion
now go to new adjustment layer color balance
midtones -50 0 50
click on your icon and click copy merged paste it
as new layer and set it to soft light
duplicate soft light layer and your done
