Okey.So.Here we go!
1.Take your picture and crop it.Then sharp it.
2.Duplicate your pic and set it to Soft Light.
3.Then make a new Layer and fill it with # ef3375.Set it to Saturation.
4.Make another layer and fill it with # a7afd4.Set it to Soft Light.
5.Then open a new Hue/Saturation layer and set Saturation to +40.
6.Open Color balance layer and set this: [Open Midtones]
-45 -20 -100
7.Open Brightness/Contrast layer and set this:
- 5
+5
8.Then took this texture
and set it to Soft Light or if you wanna,set it to Lighten.
And put on some brushes and that's all!You're done!
