I've looked all over to find out how to do this, but I must be looking wrongly as I can't find anything.

I want to learn how I can make an icon just like this one (made by __iiicons) in Paint Shop Pro 7. Can it possibly be done?

I would also like to learn how to get a make text look just like this (made by __iiicons, again using PSP7.
