1. Duplicate your base and set it to screen 40%. But it depends on image.
2. Now Hue/Saturation layer. Master saturation +65%.
3. Now it's time for selective colouring.
REDS: -32, +54, +57, -17
YELLOWS: +100, +100, -81, +15
WHITES: +96, -100, -96, +30
NEUTRALS: +100, +10, +62, +14
4. Next Curves layer.
RGB

I: 167
O: 95
GREEN
I: 162
O: 137
BLUE
I: 195
O: 187
5. And in the end create a new layer #041a41 and set it to Exclusion 100%.
You're done!
