Help

I need help with my mini movie icons. It's not the same as the slowness i had before because i tried everything and no one knows whats wronge so i gave up.

Anyways i need help with the look of my mini movie icons. I see people on LJ that has these very clear looking ones that is below 40k and mine always look pixely and nasty.

Does anyone know how to fix it because heres what i want mine to look like:
