Jim Halpert Coloring Tutorial

I was asked on one of my icon posts how I get the coloring for my office icons. This is the general basis of all my office icons. I will then add selective layers or other color fill layers depending on the cap. Sometimes the coloring can make character faces too red or yellow. I then use selective coloring to even it out depending on the cap. This is a general coloring technique that I use as the base for each and every office icon. I also included other examples so you can see how it works for other shows. I would think that it is transferable for PSP but I don't have it so I'm not sure. Let me know if it works for you!
