text question

I'm using PSP8 and i can't for the life of me figure out how to get the text like the word "pressure" in the icon that i'm using right now. <---
I made that icon in PSP7 and upgraded to 8, but now i have no idea how to get my text like that
I know it used stroke and fill but PSP8 doesnt have it?
