01. Make sure your image is all ready, cropped, sharpened, blurred, overlayed, FLATTENED etc..

02. Make a new selective color layer and match:
Reds: -100
+100
+100
000
Yellows: -037
-056
+028
000
Neutrals: +033
+001
000
000 Press OK.

03. Make another, but last selective color layer and match:
Reds: -039
+041
+100
000
Neutrals: -001
-001
-005
000 Press OK.

Note: You can stop here, but if you want the background blur effect, keep reading.

04. Flatten your image: Layers >> Flatten Image.

05. Pick the Elleptical Tool (the circle selection), then select the main parts of your picture.

06. Right-Click on the picture and click 'Select Inverse'.

07. Go to Filter >> Blur >> Motion Blur and match:
Angle: 0
Distance: 9

Done!
