photo editing

sorry if this isn't icon help but ive seen request here that where about photo editing and not just icons so i will ask, if i break any rules please do not kill me, this is my first post x_x

ok so i need to edited an image for a someone that they took. the image is of her but the camera glare thing got on her face and she'd like me to edit it so that this massive white blob is attacking her face.. well just eyebrow but i've tried everything i know but nothing is working. ive tried the clone stamp and the color over it with a brush then lower the layer's setting but nothing works. is there any way i can edit the image and still have it look real? or is there any tutorials on this sorta thing?

PS. does anyone know how i get the coloring on these icons ( sorry i got the icons off of photobucket i do not know who made them)
