I'd like to be able to crop/resize (to icon), and then lighten the uniforms and increase the detail that's visible - so far, I mostly get a big black blob, particularly the two soldiers behind the one in the poncho, and lose the back of the troop all together...I did manage to do a bit of a recolor using one of the layering tutorials, but I still wasn't pleased with the lack of detail in the b/w...any suggestions?
