Made in PSP9, translatable.
Get your base (I'm using this screencap I took of Stuntman Mike from Grindhouse), don't modify (soften, sharpen, etc.) until the end.
Duplicate the base, set to Screen at 100%.
Add a new layer, fill with #00214d and set to Exclusion at 100%.
Duplicate the base, drag to top and set to Saturation at 75%. (% may vary.)
Duplicate the base, drag to top and set to Soft Light at 42%. (% may vary.)
Merge all.
You're all finished and can add your knick knacks! (I sharpened my image and added text.)
