Animated icon frame rate issue
I was trying to make an animated icon not much unlike this one bye

I got everything worked out and I went to save the file as a .gif. In the preview window (and in browser windows after it was saved), the animation is considerably choppier.
I'm using Photoshop CS3 (pretty much just like ImageReady) and my animation is 15 frames. When I saved it using "Save for Web..." the file was about 32K. It plays back fine in Photoshop, so I don't really know what the issue is. I have the frame delay on 0.1s on all frames except for one which is 1s. This is pretty much what I was trying to make, just umm...sped up. =\
