01. Duplicate your base, make sure it's on top of the background layer and set it on overlay 100%.
02. Make a new layer at Exclusion 100%. Fill it with #00093D.
03. Put any text or brushes on the image. I put 'waiting' in arial bold and 'for you' in jane austen (found Here)
