Icon Coloring Help

Hello! I've come across a really nice icon and I think the maker even wrote a tutorial for it but the journal appears to be deleted. Anyway, the icon coloring in question is the one here:



I use PS7 and PSP. I would appreciate it if you guys can help me with some tips or point me to a tutorial with the exact or similar coloring :) Thanks in advance!
