How can I got an effect like this?
HI everyone, it's my very 1st time to ask a question here.
I saw that many ppl doing this kind of effect:
What I mean is I just want the main part of the photo have colours, and other part I want them to be just BLACK&WHITE.
How can I do it?
* I am using photoshop 7.0 / CS2 .
