RGB: Input: 106 Output: 153
Duplicate base and set to Soft Light 100% and Desaturate
New Layer - fill with #07122d set to Exclusion 100%
New Layer - fill with #ecc983 set to Multiply 40%
New Layer - fill with #a3dbff set to Soft Light 50%
