1. Crop the base image

2. Duplicate the base and set to Screen 53%

3. Hue and Saturation Layer

Hue: 0
Saturation: +38
Lightness: 0

4. Selective Colour layer.

Reds:
Cyan: -41
Magenta: +33
Yellow: +42
Black: +35

Yellows:
Cyan: +100
Magenta: -100
Yellow: -100
Black: +100

Cyans:
Cyan: +100
Magenta: +100
Yellow: -100
Black: +100

Neutrals:
Cyan: +19
Magenta: -11
Yellow: -50
Black: 0

Blacks:
Cyan: 0
Magenta: 0
Yellow: 0
Black: +100

5. Fill a layer with a dark blue [#000327] and set to Exclusion.

6. Set this texture to Screen

8.Play around a little. Add brushes and play around with the image. Tweak some of the layer opacities if things are looking a little odd.



9. Finally, add a Brightness/Contrast layer.
