Black

Yellow
Cyan
+2%
Magenta
-1%
Yellow
+20%
Black

Cyan

Magenta

Neutrals

Leave the rest at 0
Blacks
Black- 100%
Leave the rest at 0

Set to Auto Colour
New Adjustment Layer-Curves
Input- 50%
Output- 44%
New Adjustment Layer-Colour Balance
+32 +38 +75

Flatten all Layers
Duplicate the Layer and Desaturate, Set to Multiply- 20%

Take this by blimey_icons and set to Multiply- 100%
Erase the it from the faces and et volia!
