To: This is my first tutorial so i hope you guys like it.
Step 01: Take the base, sharpen, duplicate and set to Screen at 100% oppacity

Step 02: create a new layer and fill it with #35aba1, set to dodge at 100% oppacity

>>Step 03: create a new layer above the other three and fill with #ab3b35, set to color (legacy) at 40% oppacity

>> Step 04: create a hue saturation and lightness adjustment layer (layers>New Adjustment Layer>Hue/saturation/lightness)
set saturation to -48 and click ok.

Step 05: add a panel of white at the bottom and a thin strip at the top.

>> Step 06: add your text. i added "My Other Half" in "Rage Italic" size 8 to the top right corner where the white edge meets the image.
