1.First.Took your base and crop it to 100x100 px.Then Sharp it.
2.Make a New Layer aand fill it with # 97edff.Set it to Color burn.
3.Again.Make a new layer and fill it with # 01003b.Set it to Exclusion.
4.Make another new layer and fill it with # 545543.Set it to Color Dodge.
5.Then take a Elliptical Marquee Tool [
] and select a part of your picture.Then go to Edit>Copy Merged and copy.Then Paste it and move it there you want.Then go to Layer>Layer Style and go to Drop Shadow...And have a little fun with it. ;D
6.Then Make your Foreground color # 417d99 and your background color # ffffff.And then go to Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Gradient map and then press ok ;].Set that Layer to Pin Light.
7.Duplicate your background picture and bring it to the top.And then set it to Soft Light and Desature it.
8.Then took this
texure and set it to screen.And...your done!!! ;D
