Input: 84 Output: 125.

- Flatten Image and go to Image >> Adjustments >> Replace Color
- Replace Color: Hue: -180; Saturation: -100; Lightness: -26.

Step three:
- Stroke: Pen Tool >> Paths (Rounded Rectangle Tool)
