Painted effect
I have a question about my posting icon, the Derek Zoolander icon. It was made by 
tubbycass. I was about to ask her about it actually, but I later realized that that's actually what the image looks like on the DVD menu. So, does anyone here have any ideas that might help in recreating this sort of look with a regular picture? It has a painted, almost cartoony look to it.
