Step One. Crop your base;
Duplicate the image and set to SOFT LIGHT adjust around the opacities to your liking
Step Two. Merge all of the layers into one layer. Layer > Merge Visible. Then Sharpen.
Step Three. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Brightness/Contrast. Click OK. Brightness: -32 Contrast: +26
Step Four. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color. Click OK.
Reds: Cyan: -87
Magenta: -11
Yellow: +21
Black:+34
Yellows:
Cyan: +100
Magenta: +70
Yellow: +100
Black: -28
Neutrals: Cyan: +62
Magenta: +44
Yellow: +42
Black: -36
then click OK.
Step Five. Make a new layer and fill it with the colour #FEF161 and set it to MULTIPLY opacity 24% Then using a small eraser; erase out the skin colour.
Step Six. Make another new layer and fill it with the colour #170C46 and set it to EXCLUSION opacity 100%
Step Seven. Duplicate the base layer and drag it to the top. Set this layer to SOFT LIGHT opacity 100%

Step Seven. Duplicate the base layer and drag it to the top. Set this layer to SOFT LIGHT opacity 100%
