OT: error uninstalling Photoshop CS2

ETA: SOLVED!

I received this error when I opened Photoshop tonight.



So I go to uninstall and reinstall the application and I get this error:



At this point I just want to get this program off my computer if I can.

I'm running Windows Vista.
