Moving boxes effect using PS7, IR7, or AS3.
I've searched through the memories, and I couldn't find anything similar to this effect using Adobe Photoshop 7.0, Adobe Image Ready 7.0, or Jasc Animation Shop 3:

I'd just like to know how to create the pixel-ish boxes...if I know that, maybe I can play around with the layers in an animation program, but I'm not sure if it's an effect in AS3 or what. Help would be appreciated. =) Thanks in advance to anyone who can answer this.
