How to make this:

Well it's my very first tut.
When you've got the base you make a new layer '#a6eaf4' and set it to burn
After that you make another layer '#f2d1f5' set it to burn
Duplicate that: '#f2d1f5'layer twice, and set both of them to softlight
duplicate ur base and drag it to the top, set it to softlight
You could add some brushes
