Only a few steps, and no selective coloring etc.
Oh, and sorry if my english is not understandable. XD
1.
We all now this step, select your base and crop it. I used Miku from An Café.
2.
Then duplicate your base, and go to filter > blur > gaussian blur 1,0 (well, of course you can choose the radius how you like it to be). Then hard light 100%.
3.
Now we'll using this texture, I don't know who made it. If you know, please tell me.
4.
Set on the top (or.. well you know), and set to lighten 100%.
5.
Now, it's time for this texture, by juuichi (I'm too lazy to find out how to link a LJ-user, sorry).
6.
Set on the top, and set to darken 100%.
And we're done! You can play with the settings if you want, mine is good that way. I hope this is useful and/or you like it. I'd also like to see what you got. 8D
